The APJ School of Management Global Immersion Program is a dynamic 5-day international learning experience across Malaysia. The program is designed to enrich students with hands- on academic sessions, real-world industry exposure, and powerful cultural immersions.
To help participants shift from stress-driven to spirit-led work practices. To introduce practical tools of mindfulness for enhancing clarity and focus. To build resilience and happiness as foundations of workplace productivity. To guide participants in creating their personalized Workplace 2.0 Blueprint.

A select batch of 20 PGDM students and a few BBA participants will embark on this 5-day international academic journey, experiencing the perfect blend of education, industry exposure, and cultural learning.

Dr. Richa Dahiya has done her Ph.D. in Online Shopping Behaviour from Kurukshetra University. She is an expert in the areas of marketing, corporate social responsibility, green marketing and cross-cultural management, etc. She has a keen interest in Business Research Methodology as well. She is an acclaimed Researcher. She has publications in the journals of repute like Emerald, Elsevier, Francis & Taylor, Springer, Inderscience. She is a certified trainer from MIT Sloan in Digital Marketing.
Dr. Ruchi Dixit is a PhD in Management (Marketing) with MBA (Marketing) and PGDBM (Foreign trade). She has a rich experience of 20 years with the blend of both Corporate and Teaching exposure. As a Marketing Professor she has keen interest in quantitative research and live survey-based projects. Apart from this, she is the Founder and CEO of a start-up company named as “VRMagic on wheels” and OrganicMagic.
A certified Hatha Yoga Teacher from Isha School of Hatha Yoga, Coimbatore, Dilbag Singh has undergone 1,750 hours of intensive residential training in Classical Hatha Yoga. With over 15 years of global experience in Human Resource Management and Learning & Development for Fortune 500 companies, he blends corporate expertise with yogic science to design transformative programs. He holds an MBA in HR from Aston University (UK) and XLRI Jamshedpur.
An M.Phil. (English) and M.Ed. by qualification, HG Sakshi Purush Das has been serving ISKCON since 2001 after being inspired by the teachings of Srila Prabhupada. With over two decades of experience as a teacher, counsellor, and spiritual guide, he has led impactful preaching programs across Vrindavan, Dehradun, and Gurugram. Formerly associated with Bhaktivedanta Gurukul International School for 10 years, he continues to spread Krishna consciousness and values-based living through discourses, education, and community outreach.
