Background

In today’s dynamic corporate environment, organizations are facing unprecedented challenges of stress, disengagement, and burnout. Research shows that integrating spirituality and mindfulness into the workplace not only enhances productivity but also fosters resilience, empathy, and collaboration.

This one-day MDP at JK Business School, Gurugram focuses on reimagining the workplace — from being stress-driven to becoming purpose-driven and spirit-led. The program will enable leaders and professionals to build Workplace 2.0: an ecosystem where productivity, happiness, and meaning co-exist.

Apart from this, she is the Founder and CEO of a start-up company named as “VRMagic on wheels” and OrganicMagic.
