Role Overview
The Director will provide strategic and academic leadership to the institution, driving excellence in teaching, research, accreditation, industry partnerships and student outcomes. The role calls for a visionary leader capable of strengthening JKBS’s academic reputation and expanding its national and global footprint.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall academic and administrative leadership to the institution
- Drive curriculum innovation aligned with evolving industry and regulatory requirements
- Lead faculty recruitment, development and research output
- Build and strengthen corporate, industry and international academic partnerships
- Oversee admissions, placements, and student engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation bodies
- Represent the institution at academic, industry and public forums
- Manage budgets, resources and institutional growth strategy
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Management/Business Administration or a related discipline
- Minimum 10+ years of academic/administrative experience, including senior leadership roles in a business school
- Strong record of research publications, academic leadership and institution-building
- Excellent networking, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Prior experience in accreditation processes is desirable
