PGDM students Akash Kumar and Kumar Shashwat presented a research paper at the International Conference on Management Imperatives for Organisational Success: Transformation through Technology and Innovation, hosted by IBS Gurugram on 14 November 2025.
Under the guidance of Dr. Siddhartha Bhattacharya, their paper titled “The Emergence of India’s Soft Power in the 21st Century” drew insightful questions from the jury and explored how India is shaping global perception through culture, diplomacy, wellness, science, sports, and innovation. The presentation also reflected on the strategic gaps that limit the country’s soft-power potential internationally.
