Mr. Pradhan’s professional journey is nothing short of inspiring. Beginning his career as a Sales Representative with Dabur India Limited in Kathmandu, Nepal (1994–1996), he soon joined Nestlé India, where he has dedicated nearly three decades to shaping strategies, nurturing leaders, and driving excellence in sales and brand development.
Over the years, he has successfully led multiple leadership roles — including National NCE Manager – Sales Division, Category Manager (Ambient Dairy), and Brand Activation Manager — each of which reflects his passion for customer satisfaction, compliance excellence, and competitive growth.
His expertise spans key account management, brand management, customer insights, rural marketing, distribution, and sales operations, making him a true pillar of the FMCG sector.
Academic and Professional Achievements
Beyond his corporate accomplishments, Mr. Pradhan is an alumnus of IIM Calcutta and the University of North Bengal, with early education from the prestigious Goethals Memorial School, Kurseong. His strong academic foundation, combined with decades of experience, has enabled him to create meaningful impact as both a professional and a mentor.
