Dr. Charu Bansal

Finance & Banking PhD (University of Rajasthan), expertise in academic leadership, industry collaborations, stock market innovations, trade finance, forex, retail banking, credit & risk management.

Dr. Charu Bansal brings with her over 21 years of experience spanning academics, banking, and finance. A seasoned leader and academician, she has previously served as Dean, School of Management at IILM University, where she spearheaded MBA programs, accreditations, industry tie-ups, and global collaborations.

With 15+ years in leadership roles across ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, and IDBI Bank, she holds deep expertise in Trade Finance, Forex, Retail Banking, Credit, and Risk Management. Her strong industry background enriches her academic leadership, enabling her to design programs that are both industry-driven and globally relevant.

She is an accomplished researcher and innovator, with multiple published works, edited volumes, international cases, trending articles, and two patents in stock market trading automation and loan disbursement. Her contributions to research reflect her passion for bridging the gap between theory and practice in finance and management.

As a mentor and coach, Dr. Bansal is committed to nurturing future leaders through mentoring, career coaching, and student development initiatives. She believes in empowering young managers with the right mix of knowledge, skills, and values to excel in today’s competitive business world.

Dr. Richa Dahiya

Dr. Richa Dahiya is a seasoned academician with over 21 years of experience in management education, research, and academic leadership. She currently serves as Professor of Marketing and Dean Academics at JK Business School, where she leads academic excellence, research initiatives, and strategic development in admissions and placements.

She has held leadership positions such as Director (Officiating), PGP Chairperson, Head of Department, and Research Convener at leading institutions including SRM University, PIET, and JKBS. A dedicated researcher, she has supervised multiple Ph.D. scholars and published extensively in reputed international journals including Marketing Intelligence & Planning, Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management (Wiley), Young Consumers (Emerald), and East Asia (Springer).

Dr. Dahiya has been actively engaged in academia beyond the classroom — she has presented research papers and chaired sessions at national and international conferences, including the Knowledge Globalization Conference (Suffolk University, USA & University of New Brunswick, Canada), IIT Roorkee International Conference, and multiple academic forums across India. She has also conducted and participated in faculty development programs, workshops on case teaching, research methodology, and pedagogy, as well as served as an external evaluator for Ph.D. theses at reputed universities in India and abroad.

Her areas of expertise include Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Green Marketing, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Online Shopping Behavior. She is also the Chief Editor of JK Journal of Management Research and has been associated with international research collaborations.

With strong leadership skills and a passion for advancing management education, Dr. Dahiya continues to contribute to building academic rigor, fostering innovation, and enhancing the reputation of JK Business School as a center of excellence.

Prof. Shivkant Sharma

Prof. Shivkant Sharma is Head of Corporate Resource Center and has been a seasoned professional for the past 22 years. Being a bridge between college & the industries, his entire journey is full of success stories in the form of Academicians, Corporate Leaders & Alumni, scaling heights in their professional life across the globe.

He firmly believes in the strong corporate – academia interface which ultimately leads to the growth of the institution as per the dynamics of the market.

Organizing the Leadership Talks, Industrial Visits, Alumni Interaction etc. consistently, training the students on Personal Effectiveness are some of his forte. He is an alma mater of Kirorimal College, University of Delhi & Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow.

One of his famous quotes among students is, “Miles to go, mountains to climb”.

Dr. Sukhamaya Swain

He has corporate experience of over 21 years primarily in banking. He has worked in the areas of Branch Banking, Corporate Banking, Government Business and Strategy. He is an Electrical Engineer, an alum of XIM-Bhubaneswar and has a PhD in Management. His areas of interests are Economics, Banking, Finance, Climate Change and History. He has a book to his credit, considers himself a story-teller too and is on the board of a defence startup.

An accomplished academic professional with a strong track record in teaching, research and leadership; he has successfully delivered 9 courses spanning Finance and General Administration to BBA and PGDM students. He has demonstrated scholarly excellence with published articles in prestigious Scopus & ABDC indexed journals, besides few book chapters and regularly appears in academic Conferences. He is an active reviewer of articles for multiple journals.

He is a passionate advocate for entrepreneurship, research, blogging, AI and quizzing within the student community. He promotes collaboration in research initiatives among peers and students. He has published few papers which are in collaboration with his students and scholars across the globe.

He takes pride in fostering a culture of learning among students and dreams of making them better corporate citizens & entrepreneurs of tomorrow’s Bharat.

Dr. Tanmoy Bhattacharya

Dr. Tanmoy Bhattacharya is Area Chair of Economics and Finance at JK Business School. He did his undergraduate, Master’s as well as Doctorate in the USA, where he lived for almost 30 years and worked in the public as well as the private sector. His PhD is from the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky.

He has presented his research internationally on numerous occasions and his latest research publication is on Corporate Social Responsibility published by Bloomsbury Publishing in 2023.

Dr. Bhattacharya teaches Business Analytics, Economics and Finance at JK Business School. He is recently back from Sabbatical in the majestic Himalayan mountains of Nepal and India. He has numerous research interests including Economic Growth in India, Geo-political and Economic Ties Around the World, Impact of Stronger Ties Between the U.S. and India.

Dr. Siddhartha Bhattacharya

Dr. Siddhartha Bhattacharya holds a PhD degree from National Institute of Technology, Durgapur and completed his MBA from University of Wales, UK. After a short stint in IT sector Dr. Siddhartha had joined academics. For more than 16 years he is in the field of academics and had worked in higher education sector both in India and abroad.

During his overseas association he had closely worked with University of Bangor UK and University of Sunderland, UK. He had also served as an educational consultant in a World Bank funded project which was academically supported by Ball state university USA.

Two scholar had been awarded PhD degree under his supervision. He had published more than 18 research paper, some of which are in Scopus indexed and some are in internationally recognized per – reviewed journals. Dr. Siddhartha had taught different modules related to subject area of Finance, Banking, and Business Statistics etc. in my previous assignments.

Dr. Ruchi Dixit

Dr. Ruchi Dixit is PhD in Management (Marketing ) with MBA (Marketing ) and PGDBM (Foreign trade ). She has a rich experience of 18 years with the blend of both Corporate and Teaching exposure. Holds a good track record with excellent communication skills, adaptive nature, always open to Learning attitude and ethical behaviour. part form it she is the Founder and CEO of a start-up "VRMagic on wheels "

Rajiva Ranjan

Rajiva Ranjan has more than 25 years of work experience in diverse businesses. According to him, business is where the rubber meets the road, and that is the best place where your ideas, education, and philosophies are tested. An avid reader of biographies, a science and music buff, his experience spans working in Telecom, Internet, and Education sectors. He is an Electrical Engineer from NIT, Warangal, and MBA from IMT, Ghaziabad.

Himanshu Malik

Himanshu is enthusiastic, optimistic and motivated individual. He has 4 years academic experience. Currently, pursuing his PhD and he has completed M Tech in CSE from DCRUST, Murthal. He teaches subjects like date science, programming for problem solving, advanced data structure, DSA. He has presented research paper in International conferences and published papers in international Journal. He also work collaboratively with key stakeholders to plans and execute digital marketing strategies. He is expert in leading marketing campaigns from the idea stage through to their execution and implementation.

Dr. Raiswa Saha

Dr. Raiswa Saha has completed her Ph.D. from SRM University, Sonepat Haryana. She has worked prior with UCSI University and INTI International University, Malaysia. Her research interests include consumer behavior, branding and electronic marketing. Raiswa’s research has been published in top esteemed journals, including, Journal of Business Research, Industrial Marketing Management, Psychology & Marketing, Journal of Travel Research, Marketing Intelligence & Planning, Journal of Service Theory and Practice among others. She has acted as reviewer for many prestigious journals of Sage, Wiley, Taylor & Francis, Emerald and is in editorial advisory and review board of many journals of repute.

Dr. Sanjiv Marwah

Dr. Sanjiv Marwah is PhD in Customer Relationship Management. He is an expert in the areas of Strategic Management and Customer Retention. He is the founder editor of University Journal of Management Practices, a refereed journal published by MM University. He has published two course books: Research Methodology (AIMA) and Project Management (MMU). He has more than two decades of experience in corporate functioning, academics and administration of academic institutions.
