Professor Kirti Mankotia is a dynamic HR professional with 16 years of experience in talent development and leadership. She holds a Ph.D. in HRM from Jamia Millia Islamia, and has graduated from Delhi University, and holds double Post Graduate degrees in Management and Law from Pune University. She is a UGC NET in HR and is certified in POSH and authoring tools. Prof. Kirti is an expert in soft-skill and vocational training, as well as instructional design. She has curated several courses for Higher Education Institutions across India in the domains of HR and General Management.

Prof. Mankotia has a proven track record as an institution builder who nurtures the potential of a diverse student cohort, enabling them to become employment-ready by undergoing specific recruitment strategies and training courses in industry-relevant skills. She is proficient in orchestrating placement strategies and fostering career pathways. Prof. Mankotia has worked for top Higher Education Institutions such as Amity University Noida, IMT Ghaziabad CDL, and Sushant University. She has authored several papers in International Journals and has conducted numerous corporate training sessions on work-life balance, stress management, time management, communication, EQ, and instructional design. She has served as a master trainer for Commonwealth Games, and her research interests lie in AI and HR, HR Analytics, positive psychology, and work-life integration.
