JK Business School, Gurugram successfully conducted its highly anticipated Faculty Development Programme (FDP) from 19th to 23rd May 2025 under the banner of JK Shodh & Anusandhan – Series 2025 (01).
The week-long FDP, titled “Integrative Research Methodology & Analytical Tools for Quality Publications,” brought together faculty, researchers, and doctoral scholars from across the country, providing a powerful platform to enhance academic capabilities, foster collaboration, and explore the evolving landscape of scholarly research.
Day-Wise Highlights
Day 1: The programme kicked off with foundational sessions on research design, variable identification, and SPSS-based data handling, helping participants strengthen the basics of quantitative research.
Day 2: Led by expert sessions on tools like Shodhganga and guided conceptual mapping, the focus shifted to structuring research frameworks and understanding research logic with visual clarity.
Day 3: Participants explored the nuances of operationalisation, data coding, and thesis structure design. Interactive case-based discussions and peer learning dominated the day’s agenda.
Day 4: From APA referencing to Zotero, participants gained hands-on exposure to citation systems, literature management tools, and digital academic databases, delivered through a blended online-offline format.
Day 5 (Valedictory): The final day focused on referencing systems, academic writing ethics, and reflection on learning outcomes. Certificates were distributed as participants celebrated a productive, intellectually rich journey.
