Dr. Mukul Jain has extensive academic qualifications and rich diverse experience of more than 30 years in industry, corporate sector, academics, training and capital markets. He has a good understanding of business strategies and critical thinking.
He is a ‘Non-Executive Independent Director’ on the Board of four listed companies, namely Enviro Infra Engineers Ltd., Avro India Ltd., Urja Global Ltd. & Mohini Health & Hygiene Ltd. as well as with unlisted Cos., Urja Batteries Ltd. & Avro Recycling Ltd.
During his early career, he was also involved in his erstwhile family business of small- scale manufacturing, distribution, retail operations of textiles, yarns & garments.
He is a professor, who have the distinct experience of 25 years of teaching in various diverse domains of management such as Finance, Operations, Strategy, HR, Training & Development, Business & Company Laws as well as Marketing.
He is a Corporate Trainer, having conducted thousands of training sessions in the domains of Capital Markets, Financial Planning, soft skills, L&D for various corporates and reputed educational institutions.
He has also conducted live lecture sessions on UGC’s higher education T.V. channel ‘Vyas’ on topics of Management, and his several other lectures are also available on YouTube.
He has earlier also been an Honorary Director with a management institute, affiliated to Haryana State Government University. He has written many research papers for National & International Conferences. He is member of many professional & social bodies and holds positions in some of them.
Dr. Mukul Jain is a mechanical engineering graduate with 3 post-graduations in different domains of Management, namely Operations, Finance & HR (Training & Development). He holds a Ph.D. degree in the subject of Behavioral Finance. He has 3 ‘Fellowships’ in the domains of Life, General Insurance as well as Financial Planning & Investments. He has hundreds of other certifications in the domains of soft skills, Quality Management, L&D, Business Laws, Company laws & Corporate Governance, Financial Planning, Capital Markets, Mutual Funds, Equity & Commodity Derivatives, Portfolio Mgmt. Services, Conflict Mgmt. through Mediation, POSH Act etc.
