Dr. Neha Goyal is an accomplished academic and industry practitioner with over 12 years of cross-functional experience in Information Technology, Human Resource Management, and Entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Visiting Faculty at JK Business School, Gurugram, she blends academic rigor with real-world expertise to deliver experiential learning in IT for Managers, Talent Management, and emerging HR technologies.

She has previously taught at The Northcap University, IBS Gurugram, and KIIT College of Engineering, where she contributed to curriculum innovation, student mentoring, and industry-academia partnerships. Beyond academia, Dr. Goyal has founded and led HR-tech ventures such as Menteechain Pvt. Ltd., providing AI-enabled recruitment and HR analytics solutions to clients in India and the US.

Her research interests span Data Mining, Natural Language Processing, and AI in Education. She has published multiple papers and authored a book titled “An Improved K-means Clustering Algorithm for Data Mining” (Lambert Publishing, Germany). A lifelong learner, she is currently pursuing the Executive Program in Strategic Human Resource Management from IIM Calcutta.
