Dr. Richa Dahiya is a seasoned academician with over 21 years of experience in management education, research, and academic leadership. She currently serves as Professor of Marketing and Dean Academics at JK Business School, where she leads academic excellence, research initiatives, and strategic development in admissions and placements.

She has held leadership positions such as Director (Officiating), PGP Chairperson, Head of Department, and Research Convener at leading institutions including SRM University, PIET, and JKBS. A dedicated researcher, she has supervised multiple Ph.D. scholars and published extensively in reputed international journals including Marketing Intelligence & Planning, Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management (Wiley), Young Consumers (Emerald), and East Asia (Springer).

Dr. Dahiya has been actively engaged in academia beyond the classroom — she has presented research papers and chaired sessions at national and international conferences, including the Knowledge Globalization Conference (Suffolk University, USA & University of New Brunswick, Canada), IIT Roorkee International Conference, and multiple academic forums across India. She has also conducted and participated in faculty development programs, workshops on case teaching, research methodology, and pedagogy, as well as served as an external evaluator for Ph.D. theses at reputed universities in India and abroad.

Her areas of expertise include Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Green Marketing, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Online Shopping Behavior. She is also the Chief Editor of JK Journal of Management Research and has been associated with international research collaborations.

With strong leadership skills and a passion for advancing management education, Dr. Dahiya continues to contribute to building academic rigor, fostering innovation, and enhancing the reputation of JK Business School as a center of excellence.
