Jayya Mishra is a management professional, shadow life coach, and leadership mentor with over two decades of experience in consulting, human resources, business strategy, and education. A graduate of the Institute of Productivity and Management, Lucknow, with advanced training in Human Resources from Carl Duisberg Gesellschaft, Germany, she brings both strategic insight and psychological depth to her work.

She has held senior leadership roles across industries, including Whole Time Director at BGIL Films & Technologies Ltd., and currently serves as an Independent Director at an IT firm. Her professional journey spans organizations such as SRG Infotec, NIS Sparta, Hewitt Associates, HR Initiatives, Credence Global and Durha Infracon, where she led initiatives in HR strategy, consulting, and organizational development.

As an HR consultant and trainer, she has designed and delivered leadership and competency-based programs for clients, including Power Grid, Hero Corporate Service Ltd, GMR, PwC, Oracle, Daikin, the British Council, and Indian Railways. As a visiting faculty at management institutes in India and abroad, she continues to mentor emerging leaders, entrepreneurs, and change-makers.
