A Glimpse into the Event: On February 20, 2025, the HR Club at JK Business School (JKBS), Gurugram, successfully organized an engaging and competitive event—“Red Light and Green Light”. The event was a perfect mix of strategy, quick thinking, teamwork, and interactive rounds that kept participants on their toes.

With enthusiastic participation and thrilling gameplay, this event became a memorable experience for all involved. The presence of Dr. Richa Dahiya (Dean), Professor Ruchi Dixit (PG Chair), and other esteemed faculty members added to the excitement, ensuring a fair and competitive atmosphere.

Team Formation: The event kicked off with participants being divided into teams of three players each. The Honourable Dean, Dr. Richa Dahiya, took charge of the team selection process by drawing chits to form balanced groups. Each team then nominated a leader who would represent them in the initial face-off.

Game Format & Rounds: The event featured three thrilling rounds, each designed to test participants’ quick thinking, communication skills, and logical reasoning.

Round 1: MCQ Round (Quick Challenges & Trivia): The first round consisted of mini-games, where teams competed to win the chance to answer multiple-choice questions (MCQs). The mini-games included:

• Stone Paper Scissors
• Hand Hit
• Heads or Tails
• Thumb Fight

The winning team of each mini-game got the first attempt at answering the MCQ. If they answered correctly, they earned a point; if not, the opposing team had a chance to steal the point. This format kept the competition engaging and intense!

Round 2: Dumb Charades: The second round brought hilarity and energy as one team member had to act out a word or phrase related to corporate life and fictional characters, while teammates guessed the correct answer.

This round tested non-verbal communication skills and had participants laughing as they tried to convey challenging words through gestures.

Round 3: Riddles: The final round challenged participants’ logical reasoning and problem-solving skills. However, this round was particularly tricky, leaving many in confusion as they tried to crack the challenging riddles.

Despite the difficulty, teams displayed great enthusiasm and determination, showcasing their critical thinking abilities.

Winners & The Final Challenge: After an intense competition, the winners of the event were:

• Kavita (UG 3)
• Devanshu (PG 1)

Just when everyone thought the event had concluded, Professor Ruchi Dixit (PG Chair) introduced a surprise twist! She posed a final audience question, giving the losing team a last chance to regain some points. This unexpected turn kept the excitement alive until the very end.
