JKBS PGDM Scholarships

JK Business School offers PGDM scholarships to Promote Excellence and Reward Meritocracy. The objectives of offering Scholarships are as follows:

  • To promote academic excellence at JKBS.
  • To reward the hard work of the meritorious students.
  • To develop and nurture competitiveness amongst students.
  • To encourage talented students to perform better in each trimester.
  • To build a sense of achievement in the students.
  • To demonstrate the JKBS corporate social responsibility.

Eligibility

Martyr’s Scholarship: The Martyr’s scholarship is designed to honor the sacrifices of those who have served the nation. The wards of Martyr’s from the following organization are eligible.

Army / Air force / Navy/ Assam Riffles/ Special Frontier Force/ Indian Coast Guard/ CRPF (Central Reserve Police Force)/ BSF (Border Security force)/ ITBP ( Indo Tibetan Border Police)/ CISF (Central Industrial Security force)/ SS (Sash Astra Seema Bal) / State Police.

Sports Quota: Candidates must provide certificate/s or letter from the coach of the regular participation in sports for a minimum of three years. This includes National or state level competition.

JK Organization Employee Family Benefit Scholarship: The JK organization Employee Family Benefit Scholarship is designed to support the education of immediate family members of JK organization employees by providing financial assistance for BBA and PGDM at JK Business School, Gurugram.

  • Exclusive to immediate family members (child, unmarried sibling, or spouse) of JK organization employees.
  • The candidate must be an immediate family member of a current full-time JK organization (child, unmarried sibling, or spouse).
  • The JK organization employee must be actively employed at the time of the candidate’s admission.
  • The candidate must meet all the academic and admission requirements of the selected program.

Children of Defence Personnel: Children of active or retired Defence Personnel are eligible for the scholarship to acknowledge their contribution and sacrifices for the Nation.

Director’s Scholarship: To encourage students to perform better, JKBS rewards top 3 performers on the basis of their first year’s academic performance with a scholarship of Rs. 20,000/-as a tuition fee waiver.

Terms & Condition:

  • Scholarship will be provided on the basis of first academic year performance.
  • Scholarship amount will be adjusted in the last Installment of the student’s fee.

Siblings Fee Waiver: The fee waiver applies to the sibling of currently enrolled student at the JK Business School.

JKBS BBA existing student: JKBS existing BBA students who wants to pursue PGDM from JKBS, will get the scholarship and the amount will be evenly adjusted from each installment.

Important Scholarship Notes for BBA and PGDM

  1. Minimum Eligibility Criteria: Candidate must fulfil the minimum academic eligibility requirement for the BBA and PGDM program as outlined in the admission brochure to avail the scholarship in any category.
  2. Selection Process: Candidate must also successfully pass the selection process established by the JKBS.
  3. Single Scholarship Policy: Students are not eligible to receive a combination of scholarships and concessions. Only one type of scholarship or concession may be availed, and you will receive the option that offers the greater benefit.
  4. Application Requirements: To be considered for a scholarship, applications must be submitted with complete details in the prescribed format, along with the necessary Sports/Martyr/caste/ Defence personnel Certificates and other relevant documents. Incomplete applications will not be processed and will be cancelled.
  5. Exclusions: Scholarships in any category do not cover the costs of fooding & Lodging, transport, Medical insurance, uniform charges, Foreign/domestic trips and any other charges related to the program.
  6. Fee Payment Process: In all the scholarship categories, students are initially required to pay the full fees for the 1st year of BBA and PGDM. Scholarships will begins from the 2nd year of BBA and PGDM onwards.
  7. Approval Process: The grant of scholarships is subject to the approval of the JKBS Management. JKBS reserves the right to modify or withdraw this scholarship policy anytime.
  8. First come first served basis: A limited number of scholarship seats are available, and they are granted on a first-come, first- served basis. Early application is encouraged.
  9. Application Deadline: The deadline for applying for scholarships for all programs is June 30, 2026. Please ensure that your application is submitted by this date to be considered for a scholarship.
  10. Scholarship Continuation: For continuation of fee waiver, students must:
  • Maintain a minimum 75% attendance record
  • Clear all previous-year subjects
  • Adhere to the institution’s code of conduct
  • Meet program-specific requirements (if applicable)

Deans Scholarship To encourage students to perform better, JKBS rewards the top 10 performers on the basis of their first academic year performance with a scholarship of Rs 20,000 as a Tuition Fee Waiver.
  • Scholarship will be provided on the basis of first academic year performance (first, second and third trimester).
  • Scholarship amount will be adjusted in the last installment of the student’s fee.
  • 20,000 will be waived off from the tuition fee only.

Scholarship for JKBS BBA students

  • INR 50,000 as a scholarship for JKBS BBA students for admission to PGDM. Note – The scholarship amount will be evenly adjusted from each installment.
  • Fee waivers of 15000/- are applicable to girls child for the entire duration of the program.
  • Fee waivers of 15000 /- are applicable to all the Children of Defence Personnel for the entire duration of the program

Govind Hari Singhania Rolling Scholarships*

To encourage students to perform better, JKBS rewards the top 5% students of the class in the program with a scholarship equivalent to six-course credits (presently worth Rs. 21000) in every trimester. The Rolling Scholarships are awarded on Trimester Grade Point Average to 5% of the students as a Tuition Fee waiver for the Ensuing Trimester.

Students can avail a waiver of 50% of the Summer Exchange Program cost purely on merit basis.

Through a rigorous selection procedure, meritorious students will be selected for one full term study tour at a foreign university under the collaboration between JK Business School and the University/ Institute.

The students will have the opportunity to Study along with management students from across the globe, learn best teaching learning-process from the prominent professors from across the globe, learn management systems and practices by visiting and interacting with managers at various firms in that country, learn to adapt in multicultural environment and Individual holistic development.

During the term (June to August), the students will study Global Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Agribusiness, Venture Formation/Finance, International Comparative Management (or any other subjects offered by the university at that time) apart from extracurricular activities & shall be awarded certificate..

Medals

  • Topper of the year as per academic performance gets a Gold Medal. The CGPA of both the years will be considered for the same.
  • Second rank holder will get a silver medal. The CGPA of both the years will be considered for the same.
  • Topper in all-round performance of the institute gets a Gold Medal..

*Note:

  • Students can avail for all categories of PGDM Scholarship, as per the applicability.
  • Minimum 50% score throughout (10th, 12th and Graduation) is a must to be eligible for any of the above-mentioned scholarships.
  • The maximum amount of scholarship awarded to the applicant will not exceed 50% of the Tuition Fee of the programme.
  • The Entrance based scholarship is valid for admissions applied before 28th February
