She has authored several papers in International Journals and has conducted numerous corporate training sessions on work-life balance, stress management, time management, communication, EQ, and instructional design. She has served as a master trainer for Commonwealth Games, and her research interests lie in AI and HR, HR Analytics, positive psychology, and work-life integration.
