Industrial Visits building Strong Industry Interface

At JKBS students undergo numerous Industry Visits in companies from various sectors every semester. Students visit manufacturing units, retail stores, company headquarters etc. in and around Gurugram, where they interact with company professionals and have a first-hand experience of various functions & departments in an organization. The main objective of Industry Visits is to accustom students to the industrial practice and corporate world. JKBS students are exposed to the practical situations and events in companies thereby increasing their interlinking skills and sector understanding.

LEADERSHIP TALKS

Leadership Talks becomes crucial for management students as they provide the insight of practical, straightforward ideas that students need to address the monumental shift in the minds of today's employees and managers. The leadership talk series, CRC aims to bridge the gap between classroom learning and the ground realities of the business world by inviting industry experts, academic luminaries and entrepreneurs to share their vast array of hard-won experiences. These interactions are spread over the course of the entire year and the guest speakers cover both technical and soft-skills during their sessions.

GUEST LECTURES

With such good industry relations, comes good corporate connects, enabling the college to invite industry experts in inculcating their experience in a form of learning for all aspiring business leaders. Through discussions, interpersonal competence and communicative skills are fostered. Students get to make between what they learn in their textbooks and the experiences shared by the guest speaker. Students gets the opportunity of gaining additional certifications extending the space for learning, through free subscription of LinkedIn Learning provided by the college. Students also get the perk of having sessions on resume building and personality development, covering all critical points of placement.
