Dr. Tanmoy Bhattacharya

Dr. Tanmoy Bhattacharya is Area Chair of Economics and Finance at JK Business School. He did his undergraduate, Master’s as well as Doctorate in the USA, where he lived for almost 30 years and worked in the public as well as the private sector. His PhD is from the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky.
He has presented his research internationally on numerous occasions and his latest research publication is on Corporate Social Responsibility published by Bloomsbury Publishing in 2023.
Dr. Bhattacharya teaches Business Analytics, Economics and Finance at JK Business School. He is recently back from Sabbatical in the majestic Himalayan mountains of Nepal and India. He has numerous research interests including Economic Growth in India, Geo-political and Economic Ties Around the World, Impact of Stronger Ties Between the U.S. and India.
