Dr. Saba Jafri

Dr Saba Jafri has over 20 years of experience and is working as Associate Professor of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior at the JK Business School, Gurgaon. She is a Ph.D. in HR and has worked in the area of ‘Performance Management’ for her doctoral work. Her interests lie mostly in Understanding Self, Performance Management, and Sustainable HRM. Dr Saba has taught courses like Organizational Behavior, Performance and Competency Management, Strategic Human Resource Management and Leadership at various institutes of repute in Gurgaon in various Post Graduate Programs in Management.

Dr Saba has held various positions of responsibility at various institutes namely, PhD Program Coordinator, Area Chair – HR, and Program Coordinator– BBA program.

She is also leadership trainer and has been conducting classroom and outdoor training for numerous private companies. As a certified coach she has been providing behavioural training to young adults and professionals stuck in careers.

She has also undertaken sponsored research projects to provide training and coaching to leadership in schools from ICSSR, Ministry of HRD, Government of India.
She has published numerous research papers in the area of performance management, green HRM and sustainable HRM in Scopus and ABDC indexed journals.

She has been the reviewer of various journals from Emerald Publication on a regular basis.
